Jamba Juice is opening a new co-branded location with Auntie Anne's in Centennial, CO. As Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will oversee shift-level operations, guest experience, and drive sales performance, learning the Jamba system and preparing for the Auntie Anne's launch.

You will train new team members, work with the current GM to transition leadership, and ensure brand standards, safety, and excellent service across all daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift 30–40 lbs.
• ServSafe certification a plus and familiarity with food safety practices.

Hello! We are very excited to be opening a new location in the fall(October) that will be a co-branded Jamba/Auntie Anne's. You will start this position immediately at our existing Jamba Juice in Centennial off Parker Rd where you will learn the skills to run the Jamba operations and then be trained on the Auntie Anne's business as we get closer to the new store opening.

Opening a new store is a fun and unique experience, which will be a great learning experience if you haven't had the chance to do this before. You will help to train new team members and assist in every aspect of opening the new location once the construction is complete. Our current Jamba GM will be transitioning to become the GM at this new location as well so you will have the chance to work with the manager at our current location prior to working together at the new location. Our location on Parker Rd. has a great team with all of our team member and team leads. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and experienced AGM and will provide training in-store to get you up to speed. The location of this training store is in Centennial close to the intersection of Arapahoe Blvd and Parker Rd. Primary Role: An Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for the overall shift-level operations, guest experience, sales performance and execution of brand excellence in a store. They are also responsible for responsible for assisting in the growth of annual sales and profit of the store. In the absence of the General Manager (GM), the AGM effectively is the store leader. AGMs ensure that the store’s appearance as well as each team member’s performance is to company standard and are also responsible for consistently educating and engaging the community and store guests on all of Jamba’s products and services.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for maintaining shift operations excellence Ensures that the store appearance and cleanliness are to Jamba’s standards
• Demonstrates exceptional shift leadership behaviors Communicates all shift issues, concerns and needs to the GM
• Responds to directives in an accurate and timely manner Recognizes and rewards outstanding performance of shift team members
• Educate and engage the community and store guests on all of Jamba’s products and services Other duties as assigned Guest Service
• Demonstrates an excellent level of guest service Motivates and mentors team members to deliver guest service excellence
• Accountable for the guest engagement experience on the shift Provide guests with product suggestions and information

• Open and/or close the store as required. Perform all safety and security tasks, i.e., alarms, twoperson rule, as required to open and close the store

• Lead and manage shifts while acting as manager in charge of store. Deploy Team Members as required to meet business demands and make necessary staffing decisions
• Communicate clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective shift operations
• Follow all food safety, cash handling and operations procedures and policies Coordinate and participate off site program guest visits and deliveries Human Resources
• Train and on-board new Team Members on both front- and back-of-house procedures
• Provides constructive performance feedback to the store team members
• Participate in the interviewing and hiring process for new team members Business Management
• Ensure proper financial accountability during each shift. Hand off shift to next manager in charge or ensure the store is closed properly for next day’s opening manager.
• Perform all cash handling requirements of a manager in charge including close-outs, safe accountability and cash drops. Conduct inventories and process orders as required.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must also be able to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week through variable shifts (opening, mid-day and closing) from week-to-week
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role Ability to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 30-40 lbs throughout assigned shift
• Comfortable periodically working in temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F (walk-in cooler & freezer) High School diploma; some college, a plus Computer literate and web-savvy ServSafe certified, a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
