Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts LLC, operator of Jamba, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead our Grand Prairie store. The role oversees operations, guest experience, sales growth, and financial results, guiding a team of Team Members and Supervisors to uphold brand standards.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage cost controls, and ensure ongoing development of staff in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful management experience.
• Direct P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable within 30 days.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in retail or restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model exceptional guest service and store performance.
• Oversee daily operations, food prep, and guest interactions.
• Drive sales growth, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
