You will manage shifts, train staff, monitor costs and inventory, ensure safety and compliance, and drive local marketing to boost sales while maintaining excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality products to customers meeting Papa John’s standards.
• Trains and promotes quality standards to team members using manuals and handbooks.
• Recommends performance actions regarding staff to the General Manager.
• Maintains teamwork, energy and customer focus.
• Manages sales goals with prompt and friendly service and staff training.
• Seeks additional sales through local restaurant marketing and community presence.
• Controls costs and budgets using the PROFIT System.
• Performs administrative and cash management duties.
• Plans inventory to meet demand and minimize loss.
• Ensures the restaurant is clean, equipped and compliant with safety standards.
