Aiered in Los Angeles is seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our events team and gain hands-on experience in planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to community gatherings. You will support senior coordinators with logistics, vendor communication, registrations, and on-site support, ensuring smooth delivery from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution.
• Support the creation and distribution of event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
• Manage event registrations and respond to attendee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Help with logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site support during events.
