You will assist with event preparation, guest engagement, and promotional activities while developing skills in events, marketing, communications, customer service, and leadership. This is an excellent entry point for recent graduates and career changers.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our growing team. No previous event experience is required — we provide paid training, hands‑on coaching, and the support you need to succeed.

The Event Assistant will help with event preparation, guest engagement, promotional activities, and day‑of‑event coordination. You’ll work alongside an experienced team while developing valuable skills in events, marketing, communications, customer service, and leadership.
