Turkey Hill Minit Markets is seeking a District Manager In Training (DMIT) to develop future district leadership. You will guide Store Managers to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive operational excellence, and promote our company values across a broad store network.

Phase I–II training includes hands-on store operations, leadership development, and progression to a District Manager role. The role requires extensive travel, strong coaching, financial acumen, and clear communication to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• College degree is preferred for advancement.
• Experience in retail leadership is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic plan for area staffing, development and performance.
• Oversee engagement and productivity across locations.
• Demonstrate leadership, set goals and ensure accountability.
• Develop and promote store management teams and training.
• Analyze financials, P&L, expenses, and inventory controls.
• Conduct weekly store visits to ensure standards and promotions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and safety compliance.
• Drive food service growth and monitor service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Region Manager.
