Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Dining Services Manager in Training in Milford, DE to learn how to manage and oversee dining operations in a healthcare setting through hands-on and computer-based training.

The 16-week program focuses on compliance with health and safety standards, staff development, and delivering excellent resident and guest services in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must obtain FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, and CDM/CFPP certifications during the program where required.
• Valid driver’s license and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations including meal prep, service, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies, while providing excellent service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
