Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Cleveland, OH to lead a high-performing team and grow the business with industry leader backing.

You’ll receive extensive training, a company vehicle, a starting salary of $85K plus bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

No industry experience is required to start; relocation within the region after 6–9 months of training is possible, with opportunities to volunteer in the community.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead an entire operation after training.
• Develop leadership of others, including coaching opportunities and training.
• Deliver customer retention results and exemplary service.
• Inspire the team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and manage daily activities with accountability.
• Oversee P&L and growth investments balancing expenses and margins.
