Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Assume leadership of an entire operation upon completion of training.
• Demonstrate leadership development of others, including coaching opportunities and training.
• Exemplify a service mindset to deliver customer retention results.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and commit to continual improvement.
• Drive revenue generation and growth, monitor activities and hold teams accountable for results.
• Showcase superior operational skills with P&L management and growth investments.
• Recruit and train staff across sales, service and customer service roles.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after 6-9 months of training.
