Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Dayton, OH to lead a high-performance team and grow a pest management service business. You’ll drive revenue, ensure customer satisfaction, and mentor staff through extensive training programs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch operations to achieve revenue growth and high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate leadership development and coach team members.
• Drive a culture of top-notch service and continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and talent development across sales, service and customer support staff.
• Be willing to relocate to an open location within the region after training.
