Orkin, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager Trainee to lead a high-performing team and drive revenue growth in a hands-on, field-based role. You’ll undergo extensive training, gain leadership experience, and contribute to customer satisfaction with strong support from a national pest management leader.

Salary ranges around $75,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package, a company vehicle, and opportunities to relocate within the region after the training period.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Leader of a high-performance operation during training and after
• Develop and coach team to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals
• Drive revenue growth and ensure top-notch service across the team
• Mentor staff and manage recruitment, training, and performance improvements
• Relocate to an open location within the region after training
