Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in the Cleveland area to lead a high-performance team and grow the branch’s revenue. You will apply business acumen learned during training to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales while overseeing daily operations.

You will manage the P&L, develop talent, and ensure top-notch service across the team. The role offers a company vehicle, competitive pay, and a full benefits package as part of Rollins, Inc. support.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).

• Lead an entire operation after training and drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate an employee culture that motivates performance and supports growth.
• Deliver top-notch service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Manage revenue generation with daily team check-ins and accountability.
• Oversee a Profit and Loss statement and invest in growth while balancing expenses.
