Job summary

Qualifications

• Acknowledge, greet and converse with customers at the bar.

Responsibilities

• Stock and clean the bar area, including tops, sinks, glasses, and appliances.
• Prepare and pour drinks on request for customers and cocktail servers.
• Process room charges and transactions, presenting receipts to customers.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization, including garnishes and par levels.
• Monitor bar service to ensure timely beverage delivery and assist as needed.
