Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking an Apprentice Bartender/Barback for the Beverage - Prohibition Bar. The role supports bartenders by restocking garnishes, ice, and supplies, and assisting guests and team members during service shifts.

You will take orders, mix drinks, handle tabs, and process payments while maintaining guest engagement and bar efficiency. Must comply with responsible service standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must read and speak English clearly and communicate with Guests and Team Members.
• Ability to multitask and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards and maintain professional demeanor.
• Adherence to all company policies and Gaming Control Board rules is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing duties and restock garnishes, napkins, towels, and ice.
• Take orders, prepare drinks, bussing tables, and process payments at the bar.
• Ring up orders in the POS system and balance tabs during peak hours.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and manage intoxicated guest safety.
