Job summary

the D Casino & Hotel in Las Vegas is seeking an Apprentice Bartender/Barback in the Beverage - Long Bar to support bartenders and keep the bar stocked. You will assist guests and fellow Team Members, restock garnishes, ice, and beverages, take orders, and process payments while maintaining a social, friendly atmosphere.

Candidates should be at least 21, have a High School diploma or GED, and be able to obtain required work cards.

Qualifications

• Must read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain required work cards.
• Knowledge of bar operations and handling payments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Prepare drinks, take orders, buss tables, open tabs, and process payments.
• Accurately ring up orders in the POS system while socializing with guests.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and address intoxicated guests.
• Maintain records and report usage levels for reordering and storage.
