Job summary

Circa Las Vegas is seeking an Apprentice Bartender/Barback to support the Long Bar by keeping supplies stocked and assisting bartenders throughout shifts.

You will perform opening/closing duties, take orders, ring up tabs, and ensure guest service aligns with casino standards. Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain work cards. This is a fast-paced casino setting with strong teamwork expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must obtain required work cards.

Responsibilities

• Open and close duties including restocking garnishes, towels, and napkins, ensuring bartenders have clean towels and glasses and the bar is well stocked with ice, liquor, wine and beer.
• Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs.
• Take orders, prepare drinks, bussing tables, open tabs and process payments especially during peak business hours.
• Accurately ring up all orders in the POS system while maintaining ability to socialize with guests.
• Strictly adheres to responsible alcohol service standards and is able to manage intoxicated guests.
• Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in reordering and proper storage.
