Job summary

Rio Las Vegas is seeking a Bartender to oversee all aspects of the bar, from preparation to service, and to ensure stock levels meet demand during shifts. You will guide the Apprentice Bartender, mix and serve drinks, and account for stock and supplies used according to company procedures.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks, following recipes, counting money, maintaining station inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to safety and health standards.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• 1 year prior bartending experience.
• Ability to count money and provide correct change.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients for guests at assigned stations.
• Mix drinks according to recipes; keep station stocked; account for cash and receipts.
• Operate a cash register and provide correct change.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and health standards throughout the shift.
• Take and serve cocktail orders, log stock used, and ensure items are ready for service.
