The MIT supports the Service Manager by driving daily operations, training staff, and coordinating with management on policies, scheduling, and customer service priorities, with a path toward leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize workplace safety and policy compliance
• Learn VIP processes and build an Extraordinary Team
• Hire and develop associates and coordinate LMS and vendor training
• Schedule the team to cover all hours of operation
• Communicate daily with the team and conduct regular meetings
• Train and implement the 5 for 5 process with customers
• Assign and dispatch work orders to technicians
• Attend off-site trainings as needed
