VIP Tires & Service is seeking a Manager-in-Training (M.I.T.) to learn the VIP culture and management processes, preparing to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and safe, compliant operations at the Bangor location.

The M.I.T. will progress by learning the VIP methods, participating in safety training, and developing a high-performing team through structured coaching, with responsibility for scheduling, training, and operational execution within the store.

Qualificações

• 1) Must follow safety policies and complete safety training.
• 2) Ability to hire, develop and coach associates; ensure LMS and vendor training.
• 3) Manage scheduling to meet customer needs across all hours.
• 4) Communicate with team via daily huddles and store meetings.
• 5) Dispatch work orders to technicians using first available guideline.
• 6) Maintain facility and equipment in safe and clean condition.
• 7) Enforce service ethics and comply with regulations.
• 8) Coordinate with management and act as policy administrator at location.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize workplace safety and follow all safety policies.
• Learn VIP’s methods to build an extraordinary team delivering a superior customer experience.
• Hire and develop associates; ensure LMS and vendor training; promote ASE certification readiness.
• Schedule the team to meet customer needs across all hours of operation.
• Communicate with the team through daily huddles and store meetings.
• Monitor emails for customer appointments and communications.
• Deliver the 5 for 5 process to educate customers about vehicle conditions and solutions.
• Direct dispatch of work orders to technicians using first-available guidelines.
• Attend off-site meetings and training sessions as needed.
