• Take ownership of the customer experience and perform additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily scheduling of technicians' time aligns with service demand.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently and answer technical questions.
• Maintain customer happiness scores at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts as needed.
• Oversee warranty claim administration and related paperwork.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department staff.
