Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in training and leadership track to drive exceptional guest experiences, lead sales and execute merchandising and operational duties across the store.

You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, mentor Teammates, coordinate training, and assume Store Manager responsibilities in their absence. This role emphasizes leadership, service excellence and a strong return on the Buckle brand experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates, coordinating with Store Manager and Leadership Team
• Manage visual merchandise standards and store operations to support Buckle goals
• Assist Store Manager in scheduling, training and delegation across shifts
