Buckle is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering the Buckle guest experience. You will participate in sales, merchandising, and daily operations, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager including higher-level duties.

The role emphasizes training and motivating Teammates, driving sales, and maintaining Buckle standards across customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months of related retail experience or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead and train teammates, recruit and develop staff, and assist Store Manager in leadership duties.
• Oversee store operations, visual merchandising, and guest relations to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with Store Manager/Leadership Team and cover duties in absence of leadership.
