Job summary

Baldwin Paving Company, Inc. is seeking a Roller Operator with at least three years of experience to join our Marietta team. This full-time role reports to the Site Foreman, and nights and/or weekends may be required in addition to regular day shifts.

The Roller Operator will safely operate the roller, select the appropriate mode and settings for the mix, and coordinate with paving personnel to ensure smooth, efficient compaction across the project site in various outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of roller operation experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent desired.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate roller on prescribed pattern with proper mode, amplitude, and frequency.
• Perform daily pre-checks, inspections, and end-of-day maintenance.
• Communicate with crew and foreman to coordinate paving operations.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
• Report deficiencies and assist crew as needed.
