Job summary

Ajax Paving Industries, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Roller Operator to safely operate and maintain asphalt rollers, assist with setup, and contribute to quality paving results under the Foreman’s direction. This role requires daily maintenance, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate rollers safely and follow proper techniques (timing, jointing, watering, and patterning).
• Maintain and perform daily maintenance on equipment; report deficiencies to shop.
• Assist with equipment setup and ensure weights and gear are correct per Foreman.
• Be a reliable team member, ready to work days, nights, and weekends as required.
