Baldwin Paving Company, Inc. is seeking an Asphalt Paver Operator with at least one year of experience. This full-time role reports to the Roadwork Paving Site Foreman and may require nights or weekends in addition to day shifts.

The operator will run the asphalt paving machine to ensure proper ride quality and appearance, perform maintenance, manage materials, and assist the crew on various job sites while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is desired but not required.
• At least one year of experience in asphalt paving or related role.
• Willingness to operate various paving and support equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate asphalt paving machine to achieve ride quality and appearance.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and report issues.
• Load/unload materials and assist on site as needed.
• Set up traffic control and maintain grade stakes.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness on site.
