Holliday Rock Co., Inc. is seeking a Division Manager for the Asphalt Division to oversee production, paving, dispatch, and maintenance across multiple plants.

You will provide strategic leadership to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals while upholding customer satisfaction. You will lead Area Managers and supervisors, drive cost control, ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, AQMD, Caltrans), and guide capital projects.

Qualifications

• Oversee asphalt plant operations, paving, and materials production.
• Strong leadership for multi-site teams across plants and crews.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, AQMD, Caltrans, and other regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and cost-control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of multiple asphalt plants, field crews, and dispatch functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet production targets and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and environmental/regulatory standards.
• Review production data and financial metrics to drive improvements.
• Mentor and coach Area Managers and field staff for safety and performance.
• Collaborate with HR for succession planning and leadership development.
• Support bid preparation and project planning with Sales and Operations.
