HK Contractors, a CRH Company, invites applications for an Asphalt Operations Manager to lead asphalt plants and paving crews in Utah. The role focuses on safe day-to-day operations, production scheduling, and cost control in a dynamic environment within CRH’s family of companies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in asphalt operations and supervisorial experience, with strong knowledge of mix designs, DOT specs, and safety regulations. A valid driver's license is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's in CM/Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in asphalt plant operations, paving, or construction materials.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt production, mix designs, and paving practices.
• Familiarity with MSHA/OSHA safety and environmental regulations.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Enforce safety policies and regulatory requirements across sites.
• Oversee daily asphalt plant and paving operations; manage schedules.
• Monitor quality and ensure DOT-compliant asphalt mixes.
• Manage budgets and track KPIs like production rates and efficiency.
• Lead and develop plant operators and crews; conduct evaluations.
• Interview, hire, train, and mentor staff as needed.
