HK Contractors, a CRH company, is seeking a Manager of Asphalt Operations to lead safety-focused and cost-efficient asphalt plant and paving operations in the assigned region. You will manage production schedules, quality control, and logistics to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in asphalt production or construction materials, 2+ years of supervisory experience, knowledge of DOT specs, and familiarity with MSHA/OSHA regulations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in asphalt plant operations, paving, or construction materials.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt production, mix designs, and paving practices.
• Familiarity with safety regulations (MSHA/OSHA) and environmental compliance.

Mansioni

• Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing CRH safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily operations of asphalt plant(s) and paving crews; plan and execute production schedules to meet timelines.
• Ensure asphalt mix designs meet DOT specifications and monitor material quality.
• Manage budgets, track KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities; support bidding and forecasting.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant operators, supervisors, and paving crews.
