Job summary

TriNet is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Outsourcing (ASO) Sales Consultant to grow our SMB/Mid-market client base. You will uncover upsell opportunities, prospect for new business in assigned markets, and drive revenue growth by presenting TriNet’s HR outsourcing solutions to C-level executives and business owners.

You will build a robust pipeline, conduct meetings via video and in person, write proposals, secure approvals, and close deals, while maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years in B2B sales; HCM/SaaS/ASO a plus.
• Proven PEO, SaaS, HCM and/or ASO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hit targets in assigned market territories; may cover multiple states/regions.
• Prospecting and lead generation to build pipeline.
• Needs analysis to tailor outsourcing solutions.
• Presenting TriNet’s services to address client pain points.
• Sales cycle management from initial contact to closing deals.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ongoing account management and opportunity expansion.
• Partner with external stakeholders (CPAs, Brokers, Fractional CFOs).
• Utilize Sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) to manage activities.
