Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking qualified American Sign Language interpreters for video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site assignments across client locations. The role supports deaf and hard-of-hearing customers and requires fluent ASL and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English communication.
• Three to five years interpreting experience preferred.
• Understanding of Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay, video remote and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model company mission and values while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and accurate record keeping.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and adapt to new technologies as needed.
