Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking a qualified American Sign Language interpreter to provide high-quality video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for customers. The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, accurate interpretation, and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Work schedule is part-time with a 24-hour per week expectation and flexible shifts based on demand.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required for interpretation.
• Understanding of Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code of Conduct.
• Three to five years interpreting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay, video remote, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Maintain professional attitude and excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and accurate record keeping.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
