Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking a American Sign Language interpreter to provide high-quality interpretation via video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for customers. Fluency in ASL and spoken English, plus knowledge of the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct, are required.

The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with benefits described for PT24 positions and involves travel to various customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 24 hours per week.
• Must accept new or alternative interpreting assignments for a scheduled shift based on customer demand.
• Must pass the company's interpreting skills assessment.
• Must attend and successfully complete a 40 hour New Hire Training.
• Ability to travel and access to a vehicle and required insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
