Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
• Experience installing Sorenson VRS equipment and providing customer service.
• Excellent written and ASL communication skills.
• Willing and able to travel to customer sites and stay overnight if needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers using ASL to educate on Sorenson VRS devices.
• Travel to customer homes and businesses for training, service calls and installations.
• Educate customers on features and benefits of SVRS services and products.
• Participate in events with Sales/Outreach and Marketing to promote Sorenson VRS.
