Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC. seeks an Outreach Trainer to educate customers on Sorenson VRS and SVRS products, traveling to homes and businesses for training and installations. The role requires ASL fluency and strong communication skills.

The position involves educating clients on features and benefits, and may include participation in events with Sales/Outreach and Marketing groups. Local daily travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) is required.
• Experience installing Sorenson VRS equipment and providing customer service.
• Excellent written and ASL communication skills needed.
• Must have daily transportation and willingness to travel long distances.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on how to use Sorenson VRS devices in ASL.
• Travel to customer homes and businesses for training, service calls and installations.
• Educate customers on features and benefits of SVRS services and products.
• Participate in events with Sales/Outreach and Marketing teams.
