Job summary

Sorenson Communications in Tampa, FL seeks an Outreach Trainer to educate customers on Sorenson VRS and SVRS features, using American Sign Language (ASL). Qualifications

• Fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).
• Experience installing Sorenson VRS equipment and configuring networks (routers/switches).
• Excellent written and ASL communication skills.
• Daily access to transportation and willingness to travel long distances.
• Ability to work with IT and Network Administrators on firewall ports.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on how to use Sorenson VRS features.
• Travel to customer homes and businesses for training, service calls and installations.
• Represent Sorenson in events with Sales/Outreach and Marketing groups.
• Conduct seminars with deaf constituents on Sorenson services.
