Cisco’s Common Hardware Group seeks a seasoned Program/Technical Manager to lead ASIC development programs from concept to production. You will align silicon, firmware, and system delivery with cross-functional teams, driving milestones and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in program/product management or tech management, plus demonstrated ASIC lifecycle knowledge and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in program/product management or technical/engineering leadership.
• Experience leading ASIC development programs end-to-end.
• Proven record delivering cross-functional, multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional ASIC development programs from concept through production.
• Coordinate Silicon Engineering, Platform, Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing and vendors.
• Ensure milestones, risks and dependencies are managed for on-time delivery.
• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
