Job summary

Cisco Silicon One team in San Jose is seeking a New Product Program Manager to guide next‑generation ASIC development from concept through volume production. You will orchestrate cross‑functional work with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to ensure milestones are met and risks are addressed early.

You will communicate roadmaps to leadership, drive handoffs across functions, and champion process improvements that elevate quality and performance across the program.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading semiconductor ASIC programs from concept through volume manufacturing.
• Practical understanding of silicon development lifecycles, including NPI, bring-up, and qualification processes.
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across multidisciplinary engineering groups.

Responsibilities

• Guide next‑generation silicon from concept and prototyping through high‑volume production.
• Align schedules with technical leads and ensure product quality and performance targets are met.
• Communicate program roadmaps to cross‑functional leadership and drive continuous process improvements.
