Job summary

You will bring clarity to complex ASIC lifecycles by aligning schedules and coordinating with technical leads. You will communicate roadmaps to cross-functional leadership, drive handoffs, and champion continuous process improvements that help the team deliver with quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading semiconductor ASIC programs from concept through volume manufacturing.
• Practical understanding of silicon development lifecycles, including New Product Introduction (NPI), bring-up, and qualification processes.
• Proven track record building alignment, communicate clearly, and lead collaborative initiatives across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
