Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Test Engineer in Silicon Operations to lead the design, development, and testing of Silicon One ASICs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and work with Tier-1 OSATs to manage high-volume manufacturing test and quality issues. You will drive failure analysis, containment, and root-cause actions, partnering with ASIC design teams and NPI teams to push bleeding-edge test strategies across Cisco's testing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
9+ years' experience in SOC/VLSI bring-up, characterization, qualification and product engineering.
Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester (Smartest 7 and 8) for characterization and production testing.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and testing of Cisco's Silicon One ASICs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality ASICs.
Manage OSAT production test activities and coordinate failures with OSAT partners.
Drive component failure analysis, containment, and root cause corrective actions.
