Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking an ASIC Engineer to join a cross-disciplinary team delivering design, debugging, validation and optimization of SoCs for consumer products at Amazon. You will work with senior engineers and partners to drive definition, execution, and verification from concept through production in an open collaborative environment.

The role involves RTL coding, C/C++, SystemVerilog, and working with physical design teams to meet performance, power and area targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems with strong analytical skills and communication.
• Experience in RTL coding and debug, plus performance, power and area trade-offs.
• Experience with modern ASIC/FPGA design and verification tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in logic design, verification and post-silicon validation for Amazon custom silicon.
• Collaborate with physical design teams to meet performance and area requirements.
• Develop understanding of end-user requirements and SoC architecture.
• Develop and execute design automation mechanisms and flows.
