Job summary

Amazon Leo is building a high-performance ASIC design team to deliver digital SOCs for satellite communications and Amazon gateways. You will be part of a sub-team defining and implementing silicon for wireless modems, high-speed interfaces, embedded processors, and DSPs in cutting-edge CMOS.

You will work from system specs to RTL, perform timing and power optimization, and collaborate with verification to ensure first-time-right silicon while meeting PPA objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience debugging complex systems and strong analytical skills.
• Experience verifying logic from IP blocks to full SoCs.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement digital SOCs for communications via LEO satellites and gateways.
• Drive high-quality designs meeting timing, power, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with verification and system teams on test plans and bring-up.
