Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Minneapolis invites applications for a New College Grad Engineer in ASIC Digital Design to help develop RTL for DRAM memory controllers and related subsystems.

You will work with cross-functional teams across architecture, analog, verification and physical design to deliver high-performance silicon. As a member of the ASIC Logic Design team, you will use SystemVerilog, Python, and AI-enabled tools to improve design workflows, simulate and validate complex circuitry,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Computing Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of digital logic design and SystemVerilog.
• Experience with Python or scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design RTL for DRAM memory controllers and subsystems using SystemVerilog.
• Collaborate with analog, verification, physical design, and validation teams.
• Develop and validate HDL models, and support simulation and co-simulation.
• Support chip bring-up and debugging across engineering disciplines.
