Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is seeking an Intern - ASIC Digital Design to join our team. You will work with experienced engineers to design and develop next-generation ASIC solutions across digital, analog and mixed-signal domains.

You will collaborate with Design Verification, Synthesis, Physical Design, and Lab Validation, contributing to design reviews and documentation while applying AI-enabled methodologies to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of digital logic design, verification methodologies, and high-speed digital interfaces.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Python, Linux Shell, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of high-speed digital logic for tester ASICs and memory controller IP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design Verification, Analog Design, Synthesis, Physical Design, and Lab Validation.
• Assist with integrating digital designs alongside custom analog circuitry and third-party IP solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Present technical concepts and project updates to engineering teams.
• Explore and leverage AI-enabled design methodologies, including Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering workflows, to improve productivity and innovation.
