Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Digital Design Engineer Intern to join the ASIC Logic Design Team and contribute to next-generation ASICs and memory controller IP.

You will collaborate with experienced engineers across design, verification, synthesis, physical design, and lab validation while gaining exposure to digital, analog, and mixed-signal design workflows in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of high-speed digital logic for tester ASICs and memory controller IP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design Verification, Analog Design, Synthesis, Physical Design, and Lab Validation.
• Assist with integrating digital designs alongside custom analog circuitry and third-party IP solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Present technical concepts and project updates to engineering teams.
• Explore and leverage AI-enabled design methodologies to improve productivity and innovation.
• Learn industry-standard design processes and best practices used in advanced semiconductor development.
