Job summary

You will collaborate with architects, verification, and back-end teams to deliver timing-clean designs for AWS Inferentia and related IP. A BS plus 3+ years of design experience is required; MS preferred; a culture of learning and inclusion is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of design or architecture experience.
• Strong SystemVerilog and RTL design skills with power and area optimization.
• Experience with high-performance ASIC design and validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-performance, area and power-efficient RTL designs to meet project specs.
• Analyze designs, microarchitectures, and architectures to optimize trade-offs.
• Create microarchitectures, implement SystemVerilog RTL, and deliver timing-clean designs.
