Job summary

Resilience is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II to support filling operations on the manufacturing floor. The role requires working in controlled areas and maintaining cGMP standards.

You will perform machine servicing, sanitization, data entry, and participate in lean and process improvement activities. The position emphasizes aseptic gowning, batch records, and collaboration with mechanical staff for preventive maintenance and validation work.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to interpret SOPs and batch records.
• Accurate data entry and logbook completion.
• Basic math for weights, measures, and conversions.
• Ability to follow written procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned filling machinery and ensure smooth product flow.
• Assemble, disassemble, operate, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform filter integrity testing per SOP and start-up equipment with minor adjustments.
• Enter data online including SCADA and HMI entries.
• Maintain cGMP environment through cleaning and housekeeping in assigned areas.
• Support lean activities and process improvements, including 5S and problem solving.
• Assist with validations and engineering protocols as needed.
• Maintain batch records and GMP documentation; manage inventory in SAP in a limited role.
