Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II, In-Line Inspector to support sterile filling inspection operations in controlled environments. You will perform manual visual and physical inspections, maintain qualification, and support lean and process-improvement activities under cGMP guidelines.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read and follow SOPs, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma/biotech/medical device) is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, or visual inspection is desirable.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to interpret SOPs, batch records and controlled docs.
• Basic math skills for routine calculations and data documentation.
• Ability to follow SOPs with minimal supervision and escalate issues when needed.
• Strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies and maintain GMP/GDP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the outgoing quality of inspected product; perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspection and escalate concerns.
• Obtain and maintain visual inspection qualification.
• Operate and service inspection equipment; monitor status and ensure smooth flow of product.
• Start up equipment, adjust machinery, clear jams, and perform minor troubleshooting.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and other handling equipment; maintain clean and compliant work areas.
• Follow SOPs, cGMPs, OSHA safety procedures; manage hazards and PPE requirements.
• Document discrepancies, print SOPs via ECMS, and support lean/process-improvement activities.
• Review batch records and forms for accuracy and suggest improvements while maintaining compliance.
