Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to operate inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, and support cleanroom and cGMP processes. The role includes data entry, batch records, and adherence to SOPs, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

This position works in 12-hour night shifts on a rotating schedule, with no visa sponsorship available. Prior experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing and detail-oriented teamwork are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is required.
• Ability to detect visual defects and perform repetitive inspections with accuracy.
• Strong documentation and data entry skills for batch records and logs.
• Basic math skills for routine calculations and measurements.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to interpret SOPs and work instructions.
• Ability to follow procedures with minimal supervision and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate inspection machinery and monitor equipment status for smooth production flow.
• Perform visual, cosmetic, and physical inspections and escalate concerns as needed.
• Start-up equipment, perform basic adjustments, fix jams, and assist with cleaning and disassembly.
• Move materials with pallet jacks and lifts; transfer materials to cold rooms as required.
• Maintain a cGMP environment through cleaning, housekeeping, and line clearance activities.
• Support lean initiatives and 5S, identify process improvements while preserving quality.
