Job summary

VIP, Inc. seeks an ASE Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems, perform maintenance, and ensure safety and quality in every repair.

You will follow VIP processes to deliver a different and better experience for customers, while complying with local, state, and federal regulations. You will initiate service work orders, complete multipoint inspections, manage parts with the desk team, maintain productivity, and pursue ASE certifications as required by the role and as a path to

Qualifications

Read, analyze, and interpret technical instructions, journals, and procedures.
Explain vehicle information clearly to customers.
Diagnose and repair basic automotive problems.
Interpret and apply instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Maintain safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform automotive diagnosis, repair, and maintenance per ASE scope.
Ensure Service Work Order is initiated and displayed with the vehicle.
Complete MPI prior to service and support the 5-for-5 process.
Return unused parts to the Desk Team after service.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and comply with safety policies.
Attend meetings and complete LMS training as required.
