Job summary

VIP, Inc. is seeking an ASE Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain various automotive systems while adhering to VIP processes and safety programs.

The role requires diligent adherence to service orders, proper parts handling, and active participation in training and certification pathways. The technician will work to diagnose systems across A1–A8 areas as applicable, maintain workplace safety, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every job, contributing to VIP’s mission of delivering

Qualifications

One year of automotive service experience recommended.
Two-year college or technical school recommended.
Valid driver’s license is required.
ASE G1, A4, and/or A5 certifications recommended.
State Inspection License required.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and related automotive systems.
Ensure service work orders are created and displayed during service.
Maintain safety, quality standards and proper shop housekeeping.
Complete required LMS training and keep ASE certifications current.
Support the 5-for-5 customer engagement process.
